Leicester City will be without star midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall against Blackburn Rovers.

The midfielder will miss the game at The King Power Stadium after picking up a minor knock in the win over Preston North End on Monday.

Leicester have little to play for and manager Enzo Maresca is looking forward to celebrating their title win with the home supporters.

Whilst his players have been celebrating this week, they still want to reach 100 points. The Italian boss also pointed out the Foxes could be the first Championship team to win 32 matches, which is a goal for his side.

“We continued to enjoy the moment. When you work every day to achieve something, you have to celebrate," he told Leicestershire Live.

“I encourage it, but there is a limit in terms of we have a game tomorrow. There is time to do everything, but you have to be able to manage it.

“They are fantastic moments. I enjoy it a lot. Because there are so many things happening, you don’t realise 100 per cent. Next week, we are all off, and we can realise better.

“It could be something important for sure. Nobody has won 32 games in the Championship before, so we have the chance to be the team to win 32 games.

“Especially because it’s at home in front of our people. We saw the environment in our stadium when we needed it. It will be good for all of us. Tomorrow will be a nice day.”

Maresca is well aware of the importance of Saturday for Rovers. His team will be guarded against a fierce reaction.

“It’s a team that are playing to survive. So we need to be aware of that," he said.

"They are going to be 100 per cent. They have been unlucky this season. The previous manager was doing good work.

"The new one is trying, but it’s not easy. They are still there. They have a chance to stay in the Championship.”
