I WAS so disappointed. Here we were at the Ram Inn at Cliviger supposedly to enjoy a Sunday roast and wishing we were back at home with, well, beans on toast would have been infinitely better!

DON'T let appearances deceive you. By day, The Fat Giraffe may be a humble coffee shop - albeit a very good one - but by night it offers one of the nicest menus I've sampled in some time.

BENTLEY Wood Farm reopened as the first Harvester Restaurant in the area two weeks before our visit and the changes were apparent as soon as the three of us walked through the door.
