FOLK these days comes in many forms and this is a very good example of the broad church available.
It’s more a pop album than anything else with some jaunty tunes and intelligent lyrics.
The vocals won’t be to everyone’s taste but stick with it and the whole thing grows on you.
There’s a good summer feeling about things too.
