Not a white but a Rose this week, the partner of last week's red.

The grapes are the same as the red version, Syrah or Shiraz and juicy Grenache, but with the expertise for which the Pays d'Oc region of Southern France is famous they have produced a refreshing raspberry and plum flesh wine that has body.

but is light enough for white meats. Like the red the price is quite amazing.
