This is a dry white of the type associated more with the colder, mountainous climes of New Zealand or Chile.
But the Adelaide Hills of South Australia clearly have enough temperate weather to produce a real quality Sauvignon Blanc which has strong grapefruit, lemon and other citrus flavours.
